What we’re doing now
We are in a time of abeyance for the summer. God has given this word to Catherine, our visionary, to break from frequent events in order to build our leadership team. We have already met our annual goals of at least 12 events open to the public, including 1 retreat, and raised some funding.
We are taking this summer to grow in our relationships with Jesus and each other, as we also prepare a fall retreat and formalize business structure.
This summer is also about looking for a commercial space to bring The Well to the public!
We are here to be obedient to God’s call. We desire to serve and restore our community!
Mission:
The purpose of The Well Christian Center is to serve the Lord and our community by providing an inter-denominational space as a center for spiritual growth, healing within the whole person, fellowship, and wellness through Christ Jesus, thereby nourishing the temple of the Holy Spirit and building up the Body of Christ. This refreshing and renewing of the person will be accomplished through prayer ministry, counseling, physical rehabilitation and wellness, education, nutrition, and exercise classes, bible studies, and dynamic child care.
Vision
The vision of the Well is to be the choice Christ-centered organization for all people to come for rest, wellness, and nurturing of the body and soul. We desire to draw hearts closer to Christ through the services and opportunities offered at our facility. This is a place to bring Christ-centered wellness to mind, body, and spirit.
